Please read these terms carefully before using the service. Your Mechanic 24 is a mobile automotive service provider operating across the UK.
1. Service Scope
We provide mobile servicing, diagnostics, and repairs at your home or workplace. Our service includes labour-only options and parts sourcing. We do not claim to be an authorised DVLA representative.
2. Parts & Labour
Parts are not included unless explicitly stated. If you supply parts, they must be correct and safe. We reserve the right to decline incompatible or unsafe parts. For sourced parts, we purchase and bring them after your approval.
3. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings require a £25 deposit. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the vehicle is unroadworthy or if we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Statutory Rights
We do not restrict your UK statutory consumer rights. You are entitled to a refund if we fail to perform the service as agreed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Your Mechanic 24 is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. All claims must be made within 30 days of the service completion.
